Kunal Chadha is Managing Partner and Principal at Nimbus Search Partners. He has over 15 years of Talent Acquisition Experience within Human Resources spanning across multiple industries ranging from Biotechnology,
Finance, Professional Services, Not for Profit, Academia,
and Telecommunications. Most recently he was Executive Director of Talent Acquisition for the George Washington University overseeing strategic talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives. Prior to this he was head of Strategic Staffing for Human Genome Sciences where he led the talent acquisition function for the company. He helped lead the hiring for the ramp up and expansion of the marketing team and specialty sales force for the launch of its first commercial product. He was awarded the President's award for his contribution. His previous work experience includes positions with Heidrick & Struggles, Booz Allen Hamilton, Freddie Mac, Unisys, BioReliance, Celera Genomics, and Verizon.
Michael Buchman is currently a Research Associate with
Nimbus Search Partners. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, he works across various client teams
to provide the research, resources and tools that help Nimbus Search Partners deliver exceptional quality service
to our clients, win in the marketplace and support the company's growth and profitability. He
is responsible for identification, recruitment and facilitation of the executive hiring process for executive-level candidates at the Partner, Principal, Executive Director, Senior Director
and Director rank for our clients. Other Responsibilities include identifying top talent, with
a focus on diverse and inclusive talent, and converting those prospects into active candidates
for potential hire for our clients.
